How To Order

In this section of the shop we go through a step by step guide on how to place a custom order.

Postage on all orders that do not go through the website shopping cart are set at a flat rate, as set out below.

Price Band Postage Charge

Up to £5.00 - £3.00

£5.01 to £10.00 - £4.00

£10.01 to £25.00 - £5.00

£25.01 to £45.00 - £6.50

£45.01 to £65.00 - £8.50

£65.01 to £100.00 - £8.50

£100.01 to £200.00 - £8.50

£200.01 and Above Free within the U.K.

Choose what you would like and contact us with some rough idea's of what you are looking for, preferably with some pictures to illustrate your idea.
Then contact us for a quote, either by e-mail - info@larpgems.com or at the postal address listed below. We aim to answer all emails within 7 days.
After you have received your quote, and if you want to order, you can pay using the methods below.

Once you have received your quote, fill out the Order form and Measurement form, either e-mailing them to us or by printing the linked forms and sending them to: Gem's Trading Co, 129 Heathcote Road, Manchester, Lancs, M18 7QL.
Depending on your chosen payment type, you may need to send us additional documents. Please see below for information on each payment type.

No additional documents need to be sent to us.
We will send you out an e-mail with a PayPal invoice in it for the total amount of your order. Follow the instructions in the e-mail to pay.
When we have received your payment we will get to work on your order, we will inform you upon completion of your order via e-mail, (orders take no longer than 28 days without prior agreement)

You will need to enclose the Cheque or Postal Order. All cheques payable to Gem's Trading Co.

You will need to make sure you have ticked the "Internet Banking" box on the order form, so we know to send you the account details to make your payment to.
Using the details we send you, make a payment to us.

However your bank will be able to trace the payment for you.
